We hope that you're happy with your purchase or with the gift that you have received from our store. However, we do understand that jewellery is very personal and you may prefer to choose something else instead. We want you to have something that you will wear and enjoy!

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased in-store can be brought in within 14 days of purchase with the original sales receipt for exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store.

Online Return Policy

Please note that returns are only valid for online orders.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please reach out to our team at info@madeyoulook.ca to start your return.

Additional Info

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing may be subject to refinishing fees.

Custom jewellery that has been commissioned and made specifically for you can not be exchanged or returned.
