Odile Gova is a mixed media fibre artist who focuses on boldly contrasting colours and textures in ever-evolving patterns and forms.
Born in Timmins, Ontario, she has lived in the greater Toronto area for the past 40 years.
A painter for the first two decades of her career, Gova now approaches every brooch as a tiny canvas. Self taught, she has developed and designed a line of textile jewelry over the past 15 years.

We are deeply saddened to share that our dear friend and fellow artist, Sarah De Gasperis, has recently lost her courageous battle with cancer. Sarah was an extraordinarily talented jeweller whose creativity, warmth, and generous spirit touched many lives.
Her work radiated the same beauty and soul that she shared wherever she went — pieces that will continue to tell her story and keep her spirit shining bright.
We’ll continue to link to her GoFundMe page to help support her young daughter during this incredibly difficult time. If you feel moved to contribute or to share it, it would mean so much.
