Ellen Tsai is an in-house designer here at Made You Look. While she specializes in creating beautiful custom made wedding and engagement rings, she is also one of our senior jewellery repair goldsmiths. Ellen is a meticulous crafts person, with an eye for detail that is unmatched. While her repair work forces her to stay within the boundaries, her wedding and engagement ring collection is a place where her creativity can be set free. Ellen loves to work in platinum and enjoys sourcing rare and unusual gemstones. Playful Precision would be a good way to summarize Ellen’s approach. Ellen Tsai has a fine arts degree from the Ontario College of Art and Design. Ellen then went on to acquire her GG (Graduate Gemologist) from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Her excellent craftsmanship has come from years of learning, practicing, and striving for excellence.
