Exchange Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase or with the gift that you have received from our store. However, we do understand that jewellery is very personal and you may prefer to choose something else instead. We want you to have something that you will wear and enjoy and we are happy to offer you the chance to exchange your item.

We encourage you to come back to the shop as soon as possible to choose a new piece or to exchange your item for a gift card to be used at a later date. Your credit can be used towards a piece of custom jewellery or towards any of our jewellery alteration or repair services. Your receipt says 14 days, but we are not strict about this.

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing may be subject to refinishing fees.

Custom jewellery that has been commissioned and made specifically for you can not be exchanged or returned.

Our COVID-19 Policies

We are open and you are welcome in our store 7 days a week!

No Appointment Required – we are limiting the number of customers in the shop, so you may be asked to wait outside for a short time. We are also assisting curbside based on your needs. 

You can also shop from our website and we will be here to assist you virtually.
