Exchange Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase or with the gift that you have received from our store. However, we do understand that jewellery is very personal and you may prefer to choose something else instead. We want you to have something that you will wear and enjoy and we are happy to offer you the chance to exchange your item.

We encourage you to come back to the shop as soon as possible to choose a new piece or to exchange your item for a gift card to be used at a later date. Your credit can be used towards a piece of custom jewellery or towards any of our jewellery alteration or repair services. Your receipt says 14 days, but we are not strict about this.

Any piece that has been worn and requires refinishing may be subject to refinishing fees.

Custom jewellery that has been commissioned and made specifically for you can not be exchanged or returned.

We are here 7 days a week to serve you, just ring the door bell when you arrive.

We will tend to your needs – curb side and provide a customized shopping experience  or send us a text at 416 463 2136 prior to your visit.

Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm
Sunday 12pm – 5pm

• We will have no more than 1 customer or 1 couple in the shop at one time
• We will be practising social distancing
• If you do not feel well please stay at home

You are welcome to shop online and we are offering free local delivery services at this time.
