From the website – “This Sterling Silver Lace Motif Ring has a Carnelian stone cabachon about 1/2″ wide (or 15mm) with a gallery setting made from vintage lace cast in sterling silver. I cast all my items from an actual piece of lace, and I use only the highest quality vintage lace. Each item is made by hand from scratch. There is no mold. One of the things that’s really great about handmade work is the character that each piece has. This ring is finished by hand giving it an elegant and sophisticated look. Care is given to each detail producing a perfectly crafted piece of fine jewelry.”

From the website – “This cuff has a definite Gothic feel. The cracks are random but intended. This one is meant to be a bit freaky and decrepit. Might be just the thing for Halloween or to creep people out. I don’t call my shop Not About Normal for nothing. I take moulds from live models and then manipulate them into wearable art. This cuff is made from two sets of lips. One model is from Korea, the other from Austria. This design suits an oval wrist the best. However, I can always abuse the casting while forming the piece. It will just make more cracks. I embed a stainless steel mesh band to add some weight and to reinforce the piece.”
